A: This really depends on your requirements. We are able to provide the materials and equipment if needed. Additional costs may be incurred. Most of our office cleaning customers provide everything the cleaner needs. For larger offices we can also quote for all your cleaning and janitorial supplies.
Q. What happens if something goes wrong?
A: We will conduct monthly reviews of the service and we encourage all our customers to notify is if something isn’t right. We can, under certain circumstances, change the regular cleaner that attends.
Q. What happens if the cleaner breaks something?
A. Your cleaners are trained to minimise disruption and breakages. If a breakage should occur we will do our best to compensate you.
